Submit a bug

Thank you for helping us to make HipOp better. If you'd like to report a bug, please contact the HipOpCT or the HipOpRx user forum. Of course, please be as specific as possible when describing the problem and include the version and build number shown by HipOp About menu. If possible, also include the steps we should follow to reproduce the problem, your system info (hardware and OS version).

Tracking the Bug

We'll put it into our Issues database and link the entry to your post in the HipOp User forum. When the bug is fixed, we expect to send the forum and you an email to tell you which build and which release has the fix. Note: If you are uncomfortable posting the bug report on a public forum, you may contact us. If will still go into the Issues database. However, we encourage you to post on our message board so that others can benefit from the correspondence.

Fixing the Bug

If you can figure out how to fix a known bug, please tell us about it via user forum so it will get noticed by the right people.
